ok so we have 497mil shares @ .42 = $208mil market cap

$25mil to be raised be generous say its raised at .25 for 100mil shares

597,383,826 shares on issue

If the share price holds .40 post consolidation
market cap = $240mil with $25mil in bank for exploration.

Not including Performance shares of up to 400mil shares

For a exploration project market cap already up to *$240mil, they have 2 years to prove up a jorc & feasability within 3years, so no early production here as much work to be done.

simply way overvalued
