As I've always said: LEG making a major discovery upgrades the whole value proposition of the Fraser Range by validating the theory that there are multiple world class nickel discoveries to be made, just not one freak called Nova. Hence, the value of all ground (like waterfront realestate) goes dramatically up in value quickly as demand skyrockets, the issue is, one man has most of it wrapped up and wont be selling - well played on the long game Mr Creasy, well played!
