    Last App3B I could find was Feb 13 showing 853 m fpo plus 168m convertibles

    Will now be issuing 574 m to acquire the new businesses

    Plus doing a placement of 202m @ 0.001 to redeem the convertible notes

    So MC will be 1629 m shares times $0.004 (the current price) equals $6.5m

    I'll let others work out what market cap would be justified assuming the deal proceeds
