I have a slightly different pov.

For example, I don't think there many companies that make a better doughnut. I frequent the inner west in Sydney alot and doughnut king make a better doughnut for cheaper price then the speciality stores.

Crust (for me) make a better pizza than dominos and is cheaper then all of the pizzerias.

Cafes are dime a dozen, bit GJ doesn't really compete here, they seem to focus thier new drive through stores out west, were self drive commuters are in greater number.

MP is far cheaper then the speciality cake stores..... by alot.

The competitive advantage I think RFG has is convenience and the online access that all RFG brands. I can order on line (through uber eats, menu log etc) bakery, cake, pizza or a doughnut where the high end local Cafe, bakery or cake shop has no presence. GJ offer a drive through experience that is only really offered by maccas and to some extent HJ.

I think cheaper prices and convenience will be key based on the economic conditions we may experience in the next 12 months.
