MC is the total amount of shares in PBT and PRAN (PRAN's ADR's are a 10:1 representation of PBT's shares that have been obtained by the US market makers.)
The difference in MC is most likely down to the difference in respective SP's due to our, effectively, split market. (our SP is about 3.5% lower than the US when converted, our MC is also about 3.5% lower.)
So it's not an accurate representation of the actual MC since most online MC calculators won't take into account the percentage of shares in each market, just total shares issued multiplied by their own SP.
The reality is that the true MC is somewhere between the 2, but much closer to the US, since they hold the majority of the shares.
