Market Cap = Recent Capital Raise!

Recent Capital raise in JULY 2016 was for $12mil.

Current Market Cap at 2.9c * 464mil shares on issue = $13mil.

I only mention this to put this in perspective as to how low 2.9c is! All the instos, brokers etc were satisfied with a 7c CR; tthe only thing holding back SP is all the people thinking they dont have a product etc. Today's legal proceedings either tell us they have a product, or the value of the IP is worth trying to grab.
