100%correct , that's why it makes no difference how long or for what reason we wait proportions won't change 70%/30% . VMS could argue very successfully RXL 66.2/3% and VMC 33.3 % or in other words 1RXL share for 2VMC that should happen . RXL issues 75 mill shares to VMC holders for there Youanme portion , this will help RXLs financing appeal and probably se a rerate of more than 33.3% and effectively no dilution , the asset is 33.3% larger . VMS holders keep all there other projects . A VMC holder of say 30,000 will trade the Youanme portion for 15000 RXL , nobody looses and we all probably win , lets get it done .
