would assume that the more you can accumulate before news gets out the better. So accumulate to max AND then take the 28% gives you 32% (or whatever) at a reasonable price rather than having to go and chase the price to get same percentage on market with news out and everyone knowing what you're trying to do. A bit like what happened with Regis.....in fact those guys would be prime contenders for this stock thinking about it although maybe they have their hands full atm.
