WGR need coin for their Rover project and the market knows it; so they're not exactly in a position of strength if their goal is a fast transaction. Therefore I think it is more likely any action (if any) will be on a friendly, cooperative basis, with a pre-agreed price in mind.

Cook et.al. may not want brokers pushing the price through the roof if it gets too close to a price they had in mind (as it could make it harder to sell to holders).

The trading at the moment smacks of price control rather than wholesale selling!

Then again maybe whatever was going on is off for the time being. Who knows?
