The mill will cost perhaps $3m to acquire but up to $20 to assemble onsite (I believe). So the burnning question really realtes to the results of the mining studies. If they're favourable then CAPEX may be justified as a stand alone operation, but too hard to say without seeing the numbers. I believe results from the optimisation work have exceeded expectations for Big Bell, but what this means in terms of $$$$ cost for extracted resource I dont know.
