Brilliant announcement from IMU today.
Our market has reacted accordingly. It is worth noting that even with today's 23% jump in the company's share price to 2.1c from 1.7c, IMU still only has a Market Cap of $60 million.
I was particularly impressed with this statement:
"Professor Dr Ursula Wiedermann and Imugene CEO Leslie Chong said in a joint announcement "Development of this new immunotherapy has positioned Imugene to be a new and competitive player in the immuno-oncology revolution in cancer therapy. This expands our pipeline and transforms Imugene into a multi-asset biopharmaceutical company."Once word of today's announcement starts to get out in to the wider market (... and the global biotech investment community) I expect a market cap of $180 million to be more appropriate for IMU as compared to the company's peers at similar stages in the drug development pipeline.
IMHO a share price of 6c for IMU isn't too far off...
Market Cap still only $60m - should be $180m!
