CTP should buy a few tanker trucks from Cootes who is selling half their fleet (money for this from MQG or a small issue to a large holder), get them up to spec, employ drivers and they should get the cost down to as low as it is likely to ever get. Should be able to buy tankers at quite a discount i would think. Drivers based in adelaide, central petroleum logo on the side. plenty of marketing available when news crews turn up to film new oil production to adelaide. etc...
