Maybe they want a higher market cap so they can move the company to Nasdaq. It would make sense - major shareholders US based, market value of similar companies many times higher than VLA, Roth would do well out of transaction fees. Why keep it is Australia. I think Nasdaq listing requires a minimum value of $USD100m
