I subscribe to "The Gordon Gekko" line of thought. YOJ is going after a market that is far bigger than GSW's target market. GSW is aspiring to become (for now) the default solution for all things last mile delivery whereas YOJ is aspiring to become (for now) the central nervous system of (local delivery)/(national/regional trade+logistics+supply chain) primarily in South-East Asia and in Central/South America. I like the fact that YOJ opted to focus their attention to those two regions. This is a strategic move that investors will learn to appreciate in due time. YOJ has developed a multifaceted platform which will facilitate C2C, B2C and B2B transactions. As more participants join YOJ's platform, the stickier it will get (courtesy of the network effect). I have to admit that I am intrigued by the logistical problems that GSW is attempting to solve. I am also impressed by the pedigree of the clients they have been able to sign up. Both GSW and YOJ have the potential to turn into huge successes. That said, I have a feeling that YOJ's business model will have more staying power than GSW's.
