The ratio here is not actually that bad. If you are talking blue chips then it is a different story.

This is a speculative small cap in a very hot space and the newly acquired Yozo will give it a lot of announcements that will keep the market interested.

They are also positive cash flow which means plenty more acquisitions to come. Nothing better than a small cap being able to organically fund it’s own growth. Anymore CR should only be used for big acquisitions that adds to the bottom line.

Div at this stage, while is a good gesture by the board to the SHers, personally if I were them I would keep all that cash for rapid expansion. Capital appreciation in share price will make SH way more than giving tiny dividends at this stage. Just my opinion

Exactly! Whilst I also very much appreciate the dividends that the company pays out, think it makes more sense to retain the funds to build on shareholder value through further acquisitions and development etc. In any case it gives me a good excuse to go out and spend some money. Will be shouting the boys out to a night on the town drinks on Mr Wong
