    Assuming it just launched few days ago, it is just becoming a commercial product. Which idiot will sell an AI based fintech business that has high on revenue for half shares half cash total of 1.2m or so? Well for 60% anyway so it’s around a 2m give and take val. Share the risk and share the reward but take majority control.

    The CEO and founder is an experienced banker. I think he understands the acquisition game quite well and how to value businesses.
