That report was also noted as being preliminary - it wasn't audited by any third party at that stage, and the final report is still pending. I'm curious to see whether the final report keeps those asset valuations or not.

Otherwise, it seems there is a lot of positivity around the stock so at the very least it's tempting to take a dip.
