Yea, the directors put in over half a million dollars on top of their existing holdings at a 25%+ premium in the last placement.

Having said that, MSR looks pretty legit with directors from Sandfire Resources, Perseus Mining, Azumah Resources etc. Large shareholding from Persues Mining, Lion gold, Macquarie bank etc.

So you gotta balance it out against patterson being on-board. They are known to be pump and dump but the SP aint even 4c yet. Logically, these guys would want to make a profit and an almighty pump to ensue before some cash out.

Just from what i have seen from other patterson pumps, MSR could easily rocket to over 10c before violently being smashed back to 5-6c as patto clients cash in. Game of musical chairs but i believe buying below 4c is a very good deal as they are not making any money below that.
