SP, can you lend me your insight, given that IGR want to raise capital, as to reasons why IGR would NOT want to seek such capital from their existing and very loyal shareholders?
One I could think of is that the beneficiary of the share placement insisted as part of the deal that it be this way....
Would it not been so much more transparent and fair and beneficial to the company to offer shareholders a chance to in crease their investment?
Just curious....I know this stuff probably happens all the time....
