You will get your chance, say around Nov or when ever the last part of this lot has to be ratified by the share holders (us)
They need 80 million to go to production.
They have just raised 40 million.
They intend to spent some of this raise on drilling, running the show, etc.
Say they spend 10 million between now and then, that leaves 30 in kitty and 50 million to go.
So, some for the share holders (sweetener) and some dept.
Around a billion shares will be out there before the first shovel goes in the ground.
Least that is the way I see it, happier to be wrong but do not think I will be far out.
