They dont need another 50m. They need about 65m for capital and potentially another 15m operational. They currently have announced an intention to raise 40m. That leaves a max of 40m to go.

Don't forget that we also have money in the bank right now that will be use for operational expenditure.

I think we will have to wait and see how the bank finance goes before we can really be clear about what is happening here. I suspect we will know about bank finance in 2 or 3 weeks.
