hi falko. I actually don't mind if there is some hedging. I think it is important to keep in mind that this is probably only a fraction of the gold that we have available. There is nothing to say we wont find more gold and decided to start additional mining very soon after Phase one starts. And once the finance is paid off then we are self funding from then on.

I prefer the idea of debt finance rather than dilution. I know that I might not be in the majority here. I would rather owe the bank some money and have my house all to myself than buy a house with a bunch of other people and own it outright. Especially if I think I can pay the debt in a couple of years.
