Apart from officially waiting for the lease extension there isn't really much stopping this company from potentially becoming a rags to riches story...
What we need is for management to dedicate more of their time to this company...this is something that shareholders didn't get in the past...what we also need is more updates with what's going on and not left in the dark...
MLS has a great future ahead provided that the people driving the company don't drink and drive and don't abuse the funds in the bank...
Apart from officially waiting for the lease extension there...
