By my calculations ( roughly), The new entity Evolution, should have a combined market cap of $1bill.
The number of shares on issue is around 460 mil.
So the share price shoudl be easily above $2.00 - $2.15 range.
So why is only $1.74.
Am I missing something in my sums????????????????
