To have IR Victoria claim she is unaware of the discontent amongst shareholders is absolute rubbish and is another example of Marengo's ongoing deception.

Over the past 12 months I have written to and received responses from Dean. Victoria was included in some of this correspondence. My discontent would have been very clear.

This latest delay was the last straw for me. At best mgmt are incompetent, with their inability to complete the DFS and meet stated timelines. The equity raising last year was a complete debacle. At worst they may be deceptive and potentially in breach of disclosure requirements if it turns out there is a major issue with the project's feasibility or funding and they have failed to notify shareholders.

I hope there is a near term take over at many multiples of the current share price, because there is no way this mgmt team can successfully build a mine IMO...even with the help of the Chinese.
