There are 126 m shares on issue and around 23 m oppies under $1 exercise (forget the 17 m at $2). Plus there is $15m in convertible notes out there - who knows the fine print on those...
FMJ had 51 m shares, 24 m in the money oppies and 12 m convertible notes (6m shares) when it suspended trading for an effective diluted mc of say $80 m
In the current market, it is unlikely to rate an 80m market cap when it reopens. I can't think of many similarly positioned juniors that haven't suffered a 50% to 90% decline in mc in the time that this has been suspended. Given the chequered recent past, you can probably assume sellers will vastly out number buyers. If an when it relists, it will be wathced with interest
