Whilst you're correct with DML vs BTR, the thing to remember is that BTR is in a position of zero debt, whilst DML carries significant debt of over $150million, which in times like these is quite worrying.
Hence, why BTR represents far greater value, not just in terms of its assets, but in terms of the fundamentals that a long term investor looks for. Whilst it may be a great stock to trade, for 85% of the people in BTR, this is a long term stake and the de-risked element of the stock is the reason why.
