With the current market condition, even at 3.5 cents is still not quite a bargain... There are plenty of better bluechip values else where...

For example: We may have a chance ton get ALL @ $1.8 would be nice; ENE at $1.5 would be excellent; CPU at $1.5 would be very good; TLS @ $4.2 would be OK... Just a matter of waiting on the opportunity and accumulate those stocks.... The list goes on.

If you're a long term investor, Why wasting your capital at pennies with little hope to do well....

Its just my suggestion... Its all come down to your investment style to whether you're a gambler or a wealth accumulator...
