No need for NMDC to move to 100% when they already have total control.
With the Mt Bevan project dormant, and near zero take up of shares by minority shareholders in the last cap raise, it is easy to see how they could decide to save a few pennies by de-listing tho.
LCY would remain a public company, just not listed.
The neighbour Jupiter (JMS) did so a year and half ago.
