The drill permits have become a joke atthis stage! A very expensive, not even slightly funny joke!! If it truely is out of the coys hands and the hold ups rest with the Angolans then it goes against everything they are preaching to the outside world about investor friendly and lucapa being their "shining light"

Performance and loyalty tranche goals are beyond greedy! Downright disrespectful imo! I will not be traveling to AGM but i hope whoever does will voice their displeasure at the level of goals set by the company for themselves! My votes will be proxied in next 2 days as a NO unless we get an Ann that changes the outlook on progress!
