    I hope your right, I'd imagine some sort of jump in the sp but wouldn't suprise me if the serious re-rate doesn't arrive until after financing but I would love to be wrong. The sp has been so stubborn it's left me to believe the big money is waiting for a done deal with financing before they commit. I'm sure TON is on many peoples radar.
