Market capitalisation is based upon all current preference and ordinary fully paid shares outstanding multiplied by the current share price according to GAAP.
It doesn't include any potential shares that may be issued due to future options exercise, placements, bonus issues, share splits etc.
There are 39,104,310 ERN shares on issue.
There are 2,700,000 ERNAK (restricted) shares on issue
There are 37,515,689 ERNO options on issue.
Therefore the market cap of the entire ERN company is 41,804,310 * Share Price. ie $25,082,586.00 as at 19 March 2007.
