I'll let you do the math, but the number of securities are approximately:
83,026,000 ordinary shares on issue of which 17,351,500 are in escrow for 12 mths (until ~Nov 2007) and 28,174,500 are in escrow for 24 mths.
There are also 2,500,000 options that I am aware of 2,250,000 which are under escrow for 24 mths.
