Question,"if flow testing values the resource at $$ does this initial estimate set the market cap boundaries and hence the share price follows or does SP set and control the market cap within the whim of the market forces." I presume where the best estimate of resource value gives guidlines for market cap,the base SP should relate more closely to this value and not be reliant on share price control forces.
