Generating revenue is a misnomer to market cap in tech industry. It's all about the product you are selling.
I am sure there are better examples out there, but look at Moderna. Circa USD $28B (AUD $36B) market cap, on revenue of USD $60M (AUD $82B). The market is not pricing Moderna due to its revenue, but it's product and portfolio. There are other better examples out there I am sure.
If BRN was in the private sector, it would be valued easily at circa $3b-$5b due to its current client book and product potential.
As it is on the stock market, investors are to tied to P/E ratios and revenue. However, in tech industries revenue is not how to evaluate a company, but rather company potential and product potential. Once the market realizes this then BRN could easily get to $2. Add in some key agreements with household names and you've got potential to hover between $3-$5 on revenue in the low millions.
From there, just imagine the revenue when BRN starts producing in large quantities to household names...
