That's right. Samsung Electronics' Semiconductor Research Institute and S-lsi Business Department are researching and developing system semiconductors. However, Samsung Electronics is still less capable of development than Qualcomm. lol. Samsung Electronics' memory division has been the world's number one for 10 years, but its s-lsi division is not.
