Not sure if you are being sarcastic here and already know the answers or not.
But yes, Chase is their 'sponsor' or partner bank. If it wasn't for Chase/Stripe/Mastercard etc etc, DOU would not have a payments back end.
Also, under their agreement with Mastercard in US, they will not be able to partner with Visa etc for the life of the agreement (which appears indefinite for now?). I've mentioned before that in my opinion it's not really a bad thing at the moment (while they're small, or even if they were mid-sized)), but you would definitely want optionality if you were a large business.
