Some one correct me if I'm wrong
Total shares on issue 84m
Options to be converted 22.5m
Total shares if all options converted 106.5m
106.5m x .22c = 23.5m (market cap)
Cash on hand = 2m
options converted 22.5m x 20c = 4.5m
US funding = 25m(US) 26.5m(AU)
Total cash on hand would then be 33m with a market cap of 23.5m at present price with all options converted.
From that I think EMR are looking very strong and can only really go up from here.
