don't think its crap. closer to production inevitable rerating. preso says 3mpta "ramping up" to 5mpta if i am not mistaken. 5mpta cash flow is a fair amount. they are not concentrating on the lower grade part anyway, only the DSO sections. no upgrade required. re: underwater, we don't know those details.
