After the asset sales by mid August a capital riasing from existing holders only ( underwritten by a 'helpfull' shark ) would see the debt problem fixed overnight.
This approach would minimise dilution. Raising money by issuing equity to other parties is also a solution - but a ripoff one.
If overnight is not deemed to be necessary ( the banks want a portion of the debt back only, collectively ) than free cashflow alone will fix the problem in time.
In reality the debt levels have merely been an excuse for the banks to raise their margins on these loans for a time. CNP has always retianed the ability to service the loans.
