chawm, per the "total voting rights update" of 31st July, there are 209m shares in issue in total. The SP hs fallen to 33c since your last post - but even @ 33c, that makes a market cap of $69m. Also note from the presentation that they have $40m in cash - so the market's valuing the business @ just $29m.
