The low liquidity exacerbates moves in both directions.
As far as I am concerned this re-rating is deserved. A run through my spreadsheet (at 520k oz production) would indicate it has a lot more to run (lots of assumptions I know).
Management strategy is being rewarded despite execution risk.
Charlie Aitkien out with an AUD forecast of 68c (down from 75c) whilst Macro Business has a 65c target, medium term and lower long term based on a commodities bust (gold is not a commodity!) which, if eventuates, should provide some protection against adverse POG moves.
