hi Nabaru01, I had also considered that, but given the financial position of MOY it still seems like a premature step to take. Everything that MOY has stated would happen - has happened thus far, it just has not been to the benefit of sp. If we saw MOY skipping deadlines, issues with production, generally negative news, I could see banks reigning in the fiscals, but there is nothing to suggest this negativity is the precipitating reason.
I'm not sure how we would discover which banks MOY is tied to. It does raise additional questions if you are right though.
