Buckland, it was a lucky guess on your behalf. The fluctuation in stock price is/was not related to consolidation (unless somebody with a lot of shares actually read you posts here and got the impression that the company is suddenly worth less after a consolidation).

Why would a consolidation point to a CR? There is no obvious benefit doing a consolidation just before announcing a CR. In fact, if we were to use your misguided logic, a consolidation would have a negative impact on the stock price which is obviously not what you want just prior to a CR.
