    Regarding "Cathy Moises- who is the only analyst who covers MOY- was spot on- maybe management put ideas in her head":

    That would be illegal so I highly doubt that. Also, I found a interview with her where she is specifically asked about any headwinds and she mentions nothing about a CR:
