I'm segueing towards the inescapable conclusion that the BoD and Snr Management are taking the p!$$ with thousands of loyal (or formerly loyal) shareholders.
There is some innate primary issue that is causing hesitation with financier's DD, and in my opinion it could well be the scalability of eventual production. It looked good in the corner of a garage with pipes and tubes leading everywhere, and dried out samples in Petrie dishes, but ...
