Here is an updated table of what was in my post from 1 Dec.
Assume a 1:1 merger of equals resulting in a 1.5 uplift in the overall marketcap of the merged company listed on the Nasdaq and ASX.
Assume a subsequent takeover (some time later) offer at 1.5 times the marketcap of the newly merged company.
Look what happens to NEU's valuation per share.
@baldwidx I hope these numbers are nowstarting to catch your interest. Seems to be close to what people on HC havebeen suggesting.
