I'm offline soon so can't do it myself AGAIN but Hectic_Eddy Market Cap comparison should be done on a Diluted Share Register that includes All the Listed and Unlisted Options incl Employee Incentives.
This gives the Diluted Market Cap which is the figure used by Analysts etc of Institutions.
So one includes all of these with current shares on Issue=Diluted Shares on Issue [ DSI] multiply by Share Price = ? THEN subtract Options x Exercise Price [performance nil] and thus arrive at Market Cap on a diluted basis.
Don't just believe me. Diluted Market Cap was used by FreeHold with a Heart.
You will see Diluted Market Cap often quoted in Analyst Reports.
It makes sense in that Options are included in Takeover Buy Outs.
Now I know including Performance Options in particular is controversial . All I can say is FreeHold did so go argue the toss with him
Hectic Option Inclusion in Market Cap calc is especially significant in MNS's Case. Remember Brad Boyle himself has TON/MNS/ and KNL as peers in the Arranging of Finance race, having varios MOU/LOI/ BoA s for Finance. SYR doesn't have this. SYR's going for it[finance] direct, not with preliminary discussions mou.
Anyhow even though I think this obsession with the SYR Market Cap and it's disparity to all the other graphiters particularly TON is a real bore and should be moved on from Hectic_Eddie it should be on a Diluted Register Basis.
That way at least the TON/MNS Market Caps get some parity.
must go offline for rest of day but no won't do the calculation on all the TON unlisted Options for you again later.
cheers
