I would think Until they establish that they have a mineable resource with the potential to add real value will we see a MC move. Othwise they are all only speculative and only the risk takers will make the SP move.
Hopefully Projects like Table Hill, Plenty River, Rocklea and Stanley will give us that much awaited boost.
