    The convertible bonds price was $1.10, 06/01/2005 9:43AM 5 Chemeq signs Term Sheet to raise up to $60 million,

    Then it was revised to lower floor of 60c 31/01/2005 8:37PM 4 Capital Raising -Due Diligence Completed & Final Doc.Signed

    Can you explain this or am I getting it wrong??
